Saopštenje za javnost u vezi RATEL-ovog Tehničkog uputstva
30.07.2008Pravilnikom o uslovima za pružanje internet usluga su već ranije definisane obaveze pružalaca internet usluga, a tehnički uslovi koji su donešeni, samo bliže određuju te obaveze. Javnost mora da bude informisana da je RATEL-ovo rešenje samo dokument tehničke prirode, usmeren isključivo prema nadprovajderima i da on nema zakonsku snagu.

30.07.2008The Regulation on conditions for the provision of Internet services already defines the obligations of internet service providers, and the adopted technical terms only further define these obligations. The public must be informed that RATEL’s decision is only a technical document directed exclusively towards upper providers and that he has no legal force.
