The decision on the election of the members of the Council of the National Postal Services Agency was adopted in the National Assembly on 26 October 2009.
The Agency is an independent, non-profit regulatory body, with the property of a legal person that perform public powers to promote effective implementation of the policies established in the field of postal services and is financed from its own funds. As a public service, it is obliged to act in order to enable competition and prevent any kind of monopolistic activity in the market for postal services, and make postal services available to citizens at affordable prices.
For members of the Council, whose term is six years, the following people were selected:

2. Dejan Đurović, Traffic Engineer
3. Slavko Đumić, Lawyer
4. Dr Nikola Trubint, Traffic Engineer
5. Jovan Kepdžija, Traffic Engineer
